This luxury villa is centered around a large living area. The custom made, U-shaped sofa can accommodate up to 12 people to watch the latest movies on the projector screen built in the ceiling and with great surround system. The heated concrete floors and the noble Iroko wood panels give the room a very contemporary feel.
On the left side of the main living area, a dining table is next to the state of the art kitchen, with Dietrich gas range, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and two fridges.
On the right side, a comfortable living area with a large fireplace is perfect for cozy colder nights. A fully equipped office space, with a Mac, a PC, fax, printer and a computer for video games and throughout Wi-Fi connection, completes the common area.
At the two opposite ends of the living area are the bedrooms. On the dining room side are two large double bedrooms (with beds of 2x2mt) sharing a large bathroom (bath and shower).
On the opposite side of the common area, behind the fireplace, are the other 4 bedrooms.
The house area opens completely, through the large glass doors, on the peaceful exterior space.
A wooden platform with the external dining and living space brings you over to the pool area (heated 6x16 mt), with a large shaded summer kitchen, passing by the heated SPA inbuilt among the natural rocks.
On the entrance side of the garden, amidst the bamboos are three covered parking spaces and, dominating on the property, a wonderful wooden tree-house.
