This exquisite property is situated on a large and peaceful private estate between Gassin and St-Tropez and enjoys beautiful views across the countryside to the bay of St-Tropez. The property has 3 ha of grounds and contains a large and very attractive landscaped garden with lawns, lots of trees, flowering plants and shrubs. In the middle of the garden, between the house and the pool house, is the large unusually shaped infinity pool, surrounded by rose bushes.
The interiors are comfortable and elegantly furnished with a combination of Provencal and Italian styles. The kitchen, living room and open-plan dining room have French windows opening onto a pleasant covered terrace with seating and dining areas, facing the garden and the views. The villa is built in a Mediterranean style with open arched corridors leading to the three separate double bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor is the very attractive master bedroom with a beautiful antique four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom and dressing room, with beautiful views over the garden, pool and hills.
Opposite the house, facing the pool is the guest house, including a double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Attached to the guest house is a covered dining area with barbecue.
The property includes a tennis court and a guardian living on the site. This is a perfect place for those who wish to relax in beautiful surroundings, yet very close to St-Tropez and the beaches.
