This very attractive modern villa is located in a prime area, just above Pampelonne beach, with panoramic sea views. The famous Club 55 restaurant and the beach are only a 5 minute walk away.
The house looks out over a beautiful lawned garden, filled with palm trees and shrubs, surrounding a large swimming pool with steps on both sides.
Very well equipped, the interiors are spacious and light, decorated mainly in white and nicely furnished in a contemporary minimalistic style.
