This nicely furnished and decorated villa for 12 persons is located in the middle of vineyards near famous Vaison la Romaine and Mont Ventoux.
Villa Norma is a beautiful 6 bedroom/4 bath house with 2 687.50 sq.ft of living space on 32 250 sq.ft of enclosed land with trees, and exceptional views of the surrounding hills and the Mont Ventoux with shops 0.5 miles away. Access to this property is through automatic entry gates. There is a 806 sq. ft terrace, pool (32.8 x 16.4 ft; depth 1.64 ft to 8.2 ft), pool house with shower , WC and basin accessible by steps, Summer kitchen with oven and fridge and a covered porch for cars.
There is a living room with fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV, video/DVD, Hi-fi system and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a US fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 5-ring hob (gas), integrated deep fryer. There is a laundry room with washing machine / dryer and an independent WC. This house comes with pretty garden furniture, 12 sun loungers, BBQ, Burglar Alarm, TV in each bedroom, mixture of attractive old, Provençal and Mediterranean furniture, telephone and internet access on meter.
4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. 1 with large double bed, bathroom and 2 other bedrooms both with large double beds and one with double sofa bed which share a bathroom with shower. There is also a second independent WC. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom with balneo therapy bath and the second with multi-jets shower and another independent WC.
Upkeep of the garden and pool are maintained during your stay. Household linen and bath towels are provided, 8 hours of house cleaning and final cleaning are included in the rental.
