Villa Nathalie is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom air conditioned property with a living surface of over 2,400 sq.ft. On 4 hectares of beautiful countryside. There is an automatic gate at the entrance and Nathalie is protected by an alarm system; this estate shares its enclosed land with another villa that is completely separate without any view.
On the ground floor of the main building is an entrance hall, guest bathroom, dining room and living room with satellite TV/VCR, Hi-Fi, CD player, fireplace and two leather sofas. The open kitchen is well-equipped, and there is also a washer and dryer. On this ground level sits a second master bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the main master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. There are also 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds which share a large shower room. A baby bed is also available.
Outside is a pool and a pool house equipped with a shower. There is also a BBQ, large terrace and a patio with fountain.
Not far from the villa, near the swimming pool, is a small house named Le Mazet. On the ground floor is a living room with sofa bed for 2 extra people and armchairs. Le Mazet also has a small, equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge, a mezzanine bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower room. Attached is a summer kitchen with BBQ.

Additional Information
Guests generally arrive in Paris at Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) and transfer to the high speed TGV train headed for Avignon (approx. 2h40m). Once in Avignon, a rental car is suggested to drive to the villa.
Other options include flying into Marseille (MRS) or Nice (NCE) and then renting a car.
There is also a small airport in Avignon that has some flights from London and can also accommodate private jets.
