Only 18km from Cannes, this picturesque waterfront villa commands beautiful views of the sea and surrounding hills. What better way to while away those long Mediterranean days than with the breeze in your hair and a drink in your hand, whilst perched high above the rocks. You can pass the day away watching the boats come and go, between your occasional dips in the sea. Need we say more!
The house is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard, being fully air-conditioned. Moreover, it benefits from panoramic views of the sea from all five bedrooms, living room, gym and kitchen. The new 2009 'John Hammond' kitchen is a chef’s dream and encourages gourmet dining. One can venture out through the doors of the living room onto the large paved terrace and thence down the steps to the bathing area and wonderful covered dining area looking directly over the sea and Miramar Bay.
This villa does not have a swimming pool, but a large 8 person outdoor spa.
