At the top of a 2.5 hectare wooded area, this magnificent home will offer you superb and exceptional views. The view will astonish you every day: from the poolside, as you look straight ahead you will see the village of Menerbes and its ramparts; to the West there is Opp de; behind you look out onto the fantastic Mont Ventoux. The fenced pool is set in the middle of a beautiful garden with stunning view of Menerbes and the picturesque Provenal countryside. By the pool there are comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas. A dining place under the veranda is equipped with a tiled table and there is a fully furnished summer kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a fridge, an oven, a barbecue, a dishwasher, toilets and outdoor shower.
On the ground floor, there is a central room with bar and 5 bedrooms. Each room is personalized with patinas on the wall. Whatever room you choose, you will enjoy superb views over the village.
On the second floor is a large salon with sofas, armchairs, big screen satellite TV, DVD player, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens, large veranda, 2 terraces all with superb views, laundry with 2 washers and a dryer.
