Fontcaudette has been furnished to a very high standard and offers spacious and comfortable accommodations on two floors. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, shower-rooms, making it ideal for a large group of family or friends.
The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of:
A large, double height living room, with a beamed sloping ceiling and flagstone floors, and a Provenale stone open fireplace. Study/TV room (with TV, DVD, CD and fax machine). Dining room with flagstone floors, and French doors leading to the terrace.
Large, very well equipped kitchen (including American fridge freezer, espresso machine, and integrated stereo system) with a further dining area, and door leading to a dining terrace with barbecue. Separate utility area with a washing machine and dryer are available.
Equipment:
There is a telephone available at the villa (calls are charged separately), and a fax machine. There are computer and TV sockets in every bedroom and in the study. A safe, canal satellite, and fan in each bedroom.
The villa has automatic gates, an entry phone and an alarm, and has car parking for 4 cars. Baby equipment (2 cots, 2 high chairs)
Although there are a few steps down to the pool and to the house from the car park area, the ground floor bedrooms and living area and outdoor terraces are all on one level and would be ideal for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
The villa has a large landscaped garden, of around 6,000 square meters. There is a lawn where children can play, and the garden and terrace provide ample space for outdoor dining, with a gas barbecue provided for guests use. There is also a boules court, and table tennis.
The 13m x 6m heated pool (depth 1.2m at shallow end and 2.50m at deep end) is a key feature on these beautiful grounds. (Please note that heating the pool is at the extra cost of ~250 per week). The pool has been fitted with an automatic shutter in compliance with French pool safety legislation. The pool side is comfortably equipped with loungers and shaded by a tonnelle.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor and two, including the master bedroom suite, are on the upper level:
Bedroom 1: Sleeps: 2, Double/twin bedroom (bed 1.80m or 2 x 0.90m), with French doors to the terrace, en-suite bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: Sleeps: 2 Double bedroom, Shared a bathroom just steps away that has a marble stall shower and WC
Bedroom 3: Sleeps: 2, Double bedroom, Shared a bathroom just steps away that has a marble stall shower and WC
Bedroom 4: Sleeps 2: Master double bedroom (bed 1.80m or 2 x 0.90m), with doors to a private covered terrace with views of the Luberon hills, en-suite bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 5: Sleeps 2: Double/twin bedroom (bed 1.80m or 2 x 0.90m), en-suite bathroom and WC
Bedroom 6: Sleeps 2: There is also an annex a cottage with a double/twin bedroom (1.80m or 2 x 0.90m), and en-suite shower room with separate WC.
