Fleurs de Gassin is situated in a peaceful location just below Gassin village. The villa is set within an attractive landscaped garden with lawns, trees, lavenders and flowers. It has been decorated throughout in a sophisticated Venetian style with great attention to detail. The interiors have been finished to a very high standard.
A large terrace surrounds the villa, which is accessible from all the ground floor rooms. There is a large dining and sitting area on the terrace from where one can enjoy eating or relaxing whilst enjoying the lovely views over the countryside. The very attractive pool area is slightly further away from the house.
On the first floor is the large master bedroom with its balcony and satellite TV, a small double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom which can be accessed from outside or via the master bedroom. This is a perfect villa for a small group wanting to be in a quiet area and in a villa with lots of charm and character.
