Chez Jean Claude Villa is a renovated traditional farmhouse situated at 600 meters from the village of Eygalires. It is accessible through a private 100-meter-long lane, bordered with olive trees, pine trees, almond trees and cypresses. At the other end of the lane stands the gate equipped with an inter phone, video, and cameras announcing your arrival.
This property boasts three bedrooms in the Main House and one bedroom in each of the two Cottages. All five bedrooms are air conditioned with an en-suite bathroom in each.
In the center of the Main House is the sitting room with stone-built walls and monumental fireplace, library, hi-fi sound system, flat-screen television, settees and armchairs. Paintings, curtains and furniture made in Provence add character to this villa.
The basement boasts some exciting features: a fully-equipped cinema room has equipment that can be used to create a nightclub atmosphere with dance floor. The room can also be converted into a meeting room or video conference room and can accommodate more than twenty persons. A mechanical ventilation system, air conditioning and under floor heating (heating at additional cost) give modern comforts to this room whatever the selected activity and season.
The villa's spacious dining room-kitchen is fully equipped for maximum comfort with a dining table for 12 to 14 persons. The big fireplace adds ambiance, while the two terraces for outdoor dining have tables that can accommodate 24 people.
The swimming pool, surrounded by big terraces with teak furniture, dominates its surroundings. There's a small pool house with toilets and shower nearby. A romantic gypsy caravan for a nap can be opened on request. Ten bikes for adults are at your disposal. Chez Jean Claude can accommodate 14 persons with optimum comfort.
