A very quiet airy villa situated in a residential domain within a few minute walk of the Cannes-Mougins Golf Club, one of the oldest and most beautiful golf clubs in the area.
The major part of the house has been redecorated in white and cream colours. There is a large living room which opens onto the terrace situated just below the attractive swimming pool.
The garden is mainly lawn and the pool is complemented by a pool house with summer kitchen and barbeque, ideal for balmy Mediterranean evenings.
Not only is the villa ideal for golfers, but the beaches are close, and due to the proximity of a spur from the A8 AutoRoute the whole of Provence is readily accessible.
