This stunning, two-storey, architecturally-modern villa is conveniently situated at the entry to the village of Saint-Tropez. Overlooking the Bay of St-Tropez, magnificent views of the water, surrounding hills and the village itself can be enjoyed from both the house and gardens.
A sparkling pool is the centerpiece of the garden and can be enjoyed from the comfort of a lounge chair on the deck or on the grassy area, also a perfect play spot for children. 3 outdoor dining areas, two of which can be covered, are found on the immense central terrace. Sliding glass doors on all sides of the terrace allow for fluid access from indoor to outdoor areas, personifying indoor-outdoor living at its best. The surrounding gardens are lushly planted with bamboo, citrus, jasmine, papyrus, olive trees, grape vines, bougainvillea and the famous parasol pines.
The house is equipped with state-of-the-art features like satellite television (5 flat-screen TVs and three regular TVs), high-speed wireless internet access and a photo-quality print/copy/scan/fax machine. All rooms have individual air conditioning/heating units, and bathrooms are equipped with Philippe Starck fixtures and faucets.
While the villa is not located in the quiet of the countryside, this is more than offset by its exceptional views, high standard of accommodation and facilities, and the short walk across the street to the private beach or down the block to the boulangerie (bakery). A high fence and secured gate with keypad entry ensure utmost privacy from the road.
The light-filled interior of the house features fresh, modern furnishings and dramatic architectural details like a suspended glass footbridge. Two separate living areas allow larger groups of families and friends to live in harmony. One side features a gourmet chef's kitchen that contains all the appliances and equipment suitable for preparing the lightest snack or a complete holiday feast, while the other enjoys an eat-in kitchenette with mini-fridge, 2-burner cook-top, dishwasher and microwave oven. An enormous breezeway connecting the two serves as the communal entry hall and is home to a gorgeous indoor dining area where you can view the terrace, gardens, pool, and the sea beyond.
