This very beautiful recently renovated 7 bedroom/7 bathroom property stands on 3 levels and is located 30 minutes from Avignon in the middle of Luberon between Gordes and Menerbes with 360 degree plain view of the cherry trees, vines and countryside which surround it.
Bastide Vallat is a beautifully landscaped property with its own kitchen garden and a field of lavenders. The entrance is through an automatic gate. On the south side there is a heated non chlorine swimming pool 18m x 6m with electric cover, a covered pool house with couches, Weber gas BBQ, cloakroom, and shower/wc. Pool towels are provided. There is also a 2 car garage and a hooded area for 4 others.
On the entrance to the main house via the large courtyard there is a living room with several settees, bar, fireplace, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen,( amazing kitchen with vaulted ceilings) and a wine cellar with inventory listing at the guest's disposal. Upstairs is the TV room with large screen, a hall room with a desk and 2 computers with ADSL Internet access. On the ground floor is bedroom with a king size bed. Nearby is the relaxing area with large shower, hammam (steam bath) and Jacuzzi. There is also a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers.
On the 2nd floor are 4 bedrooms. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, WC, 2 basins and a dressing room, a second bedroom with a living area, complete bathroom and dressing room.
