This stunning new villa is situated in a superb position, just a short walk away from Pampelonne Beach and Club 55. From the house, its terraces, pool area and garden, there are wonderful views of the beach, from Cap Tahiti right around to Cap Camarat, and over the sea.
To the front of the house there is a small area of lawn and terrace, with an outdoor dining area. Six steps lead from here down to the swimming pool and terrace, with sun loungers and attractive terracotta pots of flowers. Beyond this streches a large garden with trees, shrubs, and ancient olive trees.
The interiors are very light and spacious, decorated mainly in white with white beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The house is very well equipped with a TV in the living room and each bedroom, VCR, stereo and air-conditioning.
On the Ground floor the entrance hall leads to the dining room, living room, with 3 sets of doors opening to the garden, with outdoor dining area, the fully-equipped kitchen, opening to terrace, and laundry room. 1 double/twin bedroom off dining room, with doors to garden and en-suite bathroom and 3 double bedrooms opening to garden, all with en-suite bath/shower rooms.
On the first floor is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors opening to a furnished balcony with views of the pool and the beach. There is also an open-plan double bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room.
